So if you try to submit something to a folder and you receive the message :' the target folder is over its size limits' it means that the folder is full and you have to submit your works to a new one. After creating a new folder, I rename the old one with the same name plus this word: FULL, so that people can know that the folder is full. When I notice that a folder is full, I create another one with the same name, but I add a number, for example: if the folder DIGITAL ARTS is full, I create another one I call DIGITAL ARTS 2, now when the folder DIGITAL ARTS 2 is full, I create another one I call DIGITAL ARTS 3 and so on.
